Lor Mee (鹵麵)

槟城鹵麵,我的最爱!!老爸时常带我们到附近餐厅享受鹵麵或虾面,同时也来个红豆冰,感觉让您无法挡。。。
这相中的可口鹵麵是在新加坡乌节路所取,味道口感不错,不过还是比不上童年的槟城鹵麵。。。

Lor Mee is popular among Hokkien in both Malaysia & Singapore, and is great for those who love starchy texture like Me One great thing about this food is --- It is low in Cal, you can just eat without any worry. I love the garlic & vinegar to add in, it made the Lor Mee taste like heaven (as you can see in photo). Fish Cake, pork/chicken, half boiled eggs will be the normal ingredient you can find in this dishes. If you are the hot spicy lover, I will suggest you to add in Chili rather than sambal ... you can feel the different
